We place a high value on your satisfaction, as such all courses purchased on TeachLeadX can be refunded within 30 days. For an excusable reason, if you are unhappy with a course, you can request a refund. 

Certain restrictions may apply, however, and some purchases may only be eligible for credit refunds. For more information regarding our refund policy, please see below.

Our 30-day policy

While our 30-day refund policy is to allow students to learn risk free, we must also protect our instructors from fraudulent intent and provide them a reasonable payment schedule. Payments are sent to instructors after 30 days of purchase, so we will not process refund requests received after the refund window.

Additional reasons for denied refunds

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:

Users who have their account banned or course access disabled due to a violation of our terms  will not be eligible to receive a refund.

These refund restrictions will be enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law. 

How to Request a Refund

1. You can request a refund by clicking on refund a course page at the side menu of the home page or course player, and then by selecting Request a refund in the drop down menu.  You will be directed to the course refund page, where you can submit your refund request. 

2. Next, tell us the reason why you’re requesting a refund for the course by entering a brief description. The information you provide can help TeachLeadX and the instructor improve going forward.

3.Click Submit.

After you’ve submitted your refund request you will also be sent an email confirming that your refund request has been processed.

How to locate the course URL on a web browser

The course URL is the web address of the course page. You can copy the URL for the course, which appears above the course player in your web browser.

How to locate the course URL on a mobile device

Please note that the course URL is only visible on a web browser and not in the TeachLeadX mobile app. To locate the course URL while using a mobile device, please log into www.teachleadx.com on a web browser and navigate to the course page.

Submitting the course URL with your refund request

When you copy and paste in the course URL to submit your refund request, the course URL should appear as follows: www.teachleadx.com/course/course_name

Issuing Refund Credits

If we decide to issue refund credits to your account, they will be automatically applied towards your next course purchase on our website. Refund credits may expire if not used within the specified period, and have no cash value.
